While everyone prattles on about Court Street, East State Street is arguably just as centrally located to most things a college student cares about. Plus, that off-campus rental on East State Street doesn’t break the bank either. That’s a major win for any student who’s strapped for cash.
East State Street is Close to the City’s Best Amenities
It’s hard to argue with the fact that apartments on East State Street are in a super convenient spot. East State Street is a long road, and it leads to multiple freeway entrances, and it goes right through one of Athens’ biggest shopping centers.
