The holidays are right around the corner, and if you’re like most college students, you’ve likely holed yourself up in your off-campus rental apartment while you study for finals. That doesn’t leave a ton of time for shopping for thoughtful holiday gifts, but the Dairy Barn Arts Center has you covered.
On December 12th and 13th, right at the end of finals week, the Dairy Barn Arts Center is hosting its annual Holiday Bazaar that features almost 50 different vendors all in one convenient location for gift buying.
When Does the Holiday Bazaar Take Place?
The Holiday Bazaar will be abuzz with holiday joy on Friday, December 12th, from 3-8pm and on Saturday, December 13th, from 10am-5pm, giving shoppers plenty of time to scout out gift ideas. The Dairy Barn Arts Center is located just across the Hocking River from Ohio University’s campus, and the bazaar is free to attend.
What Will You Find at the Holiday Bazaar?
The Holiday Bazaar is a gathering of almost 50 of the region’s local artists and their talented creations. Handcrafted art, pottery, and more take center stage. Objects made by hand are a testament to enduring human creativity, and they make for incredibly thoughtful gifts for the special people in your life.
The bazaar also offers a hot cocoa bar, complete with both kid-friendly and adult-friendly drink options for attendees to sip on as they get into the holiday spirit.
